  • Black cardamom pods
  • whole red chilies
  • ground turmeric

The procedure to make this dish commences with making Vindaloo paste in the first place. Vindaloo paste is made by grinding together certain ingredients which may include Cardamoms, cloves, Paprika, peppercorns, and Jaggery. The rest procedure involves the use of cumin seeds and mustard seeds in the hot olive or sesame oil. After that frying the ginger, garlic, and onion in the oil and putting the tomatoes and tamarind paste afterward. The veg vindaloo dish is the modified version of the chicken vindaloo. This dish was so loved that the chefs were forced to originate the veg version of the dish.
